Visions differ from goals in a subtle but important way, in that visions encompass the journey itself, while goals typically refer to the destination. This workshop gives you the tools to cut the noise from societal messaging and get clear on your values and vision for the new year.

During the workshop, we will talk about and work on:

• Structural barriers that hold us back

• Breaking down harmful societal messaging

• Gaining clarity on your values

• Crafting a values-based vision for 2026

• Strategies to create an effective roadmap for implementing your vision

This workshop isn't us talking at you. Actually, for the most part, it will be the opposite of that. You'll be working on self-reflection and group discussion so come prepared to write reflections and interact with your peers!

At the end of the workshop, you'll come away with insights on how to live a values-aligned life, and how to make decisions from a place of love instead of fear.
